Steps

Select SUPPORT.
In the Actions panel, select MODIFY SERVER LOGGING.
Select a Server Logging level (WARN, INFO, or DEBUG).

NOTE: When a server restarts, the logging settings are preserved, but on an Unisphere upgrade the logging settings are reset back to the default.
Click the Enable REST API Logging checkbox.
Click OK.
